currently leads the Second Decentralized Council of Ministers in Moquegua, whose purpose is to develop a Territorial Development Agenda aimed at boosting competitiveness and productivity in the southern region.
The aforementioned agenda includes the needs prioritized by Moquegua Regional Government, provincial municipalities, in addition to 16 investment projects linked to the following sectors: agriculture, education, health, transportation, and tourism.
State ministers participate in the Decentralized Council of Ministers joined by Moquegua Governor Zenon Cuevas, as well as provincial and district mayors of this region.
